History
This house is certainly located on the plot "312", but is sometimes referenced in records as "313 Davis Road" for reasons I don't quite understand.

The home is listed on the 1908 map of Haverford Township, and the 1913 atlas of Haverford Township lists the home as belonging to H. Wark. In 1911, some land was transferred by Wark to William D. Troth, but it doesn't seem to be this land since they lived there in 1913 according to the Atlas, so I'm not quite sure what it is referring to. The Garlands lived in Llanerch at least as early as 1904 in an unknown "brick house" sold to them by Mary R. Albertson, but they definitely lived in the Davis Road area by 1916.
